International BODYART Community Day – A Global Experience by the BODYART Health Academy
There are moments that remind us why we belong to this community — moments where movement becomes meaning, breath becomes connection, and shared presence becomes strength. The International BODYART Community Day, created for the global BODYART Health Academy community, is one of those moments.
Guided and inspired by Robert Steinbacher and Alexa Le, alongside Janni Giannikakis Jannie Lindeque and Ryan Daniel Beck, this day reflects the heart of BODYART: unity, awareness, and transformation through movement.
Through Zoom, a space opens that transcends physical boundaries. A space broadcast live from Zürich, the Maldives, Mexico, and New York. A space where we come together — not as individuals in different locations, but as one global BODYART family.
From 12:30 to 17:00 (CET), we move, breathe, and grow collectively, carried by the philosophy that lies at the foundation of the BODYART Health Academy.
The Flow of the Day
When the session begins at 12:30, the first breath shared across the community creates a powerful shift. It is a moment of arrival — a moment Robert, Janni, and Alex have each emphasized in their teachings: the transition from doing to being.
Throughout the afternoon, BODYART becomes a lived experience across its core elements:
- Spirit — grounding, centering, reconnecting to your inner presence.
- Energy — awakening vitality and steady internal activation.
- Confidence — moving with assurance, intention, and inner strength, growing with each guided sequence.

Across these hours, the feeling of global unity deepens. Even though we move from different corners of the world, the connection is unmistakable — a single rhythm carried by Robert’s vision, Janni’s clarity, Alexa’s heartfelt precision, Jannie Lindeque’s dynamic presence, and Ryan Daniel Beck’s creative energy.
