I'm a BODYART Elite instructor, Animal Flow instructor, Master Fitness instructor, licensed Trilo Chi instructor, stretching and Pilates instructor, Fascia Training System teacher among others.
I love energetic and fast classes, but also flowy, body & mind forms.
In my classes I use many different fitness forms and techniques. The most important for me is body awarness, movement precision, breathing, good energy flow, nice atmosphere, relaxed mind and... music :) And also smile of my clients!
