Our BODYART training camp offers every BODYART instructor the wonderful opportunity to take some valuable time out from the challenges of daily life and invest time in their own training.
In the beautiful rural surroundings of Sporthof Schöne Aussicht in Lindwedel (surrounding area of Hannover) we enjoy 4 intensive training days... Breathe consciously, experience the polarity of Yin and Yang!

The focus this year of our BODYART training camp:

Our all-encompassing "B O D Y A R T Time Out" from September 12-15 is all about health and healing and focuses on the fundamental themes of awareness and mindfulness. The motto is "BREATHE with EASE" and the benefits that arise from conscious, breath-led movements. We will delve into topics that we can integrate into our B O D Y A R T training in a unique way and pass on to our participants. The training camp at the Sporthof Schöne Aussicht in Lindwedel (near Hanover) offers you the unique opportunity to "reset" your body and experience relaxation and movement on all three levels of body, emotion and mind.

1. Aspects of holistic health/levels of holistic training
2. How do you as a trainer implement the resolution "HEALTHY TRAINING"? (self-training/teaching)
3. Integration of the latest topics (such as neuroathletics, fascia knowledge, craniosacral rhythms, osteopathic self-treatment, breathing) into your B O D Y A R T TRAINING PRACTICE WORK
4. Target groups and their needs (diseases of civilization, best agers, people with disabilities, etc.)
5. Creative exercise impulses
6. Touch work - relaxation - reflection
7. Breathwork - Prana

Arrival Thursday, 12.09.2024  until 12.00 am, programme will start in the afternoon
Departure Sunday, 15.09.2024 at 1.00 pm, programme will end before lunch time

Accommodation
Accommodation in the lovingly designed guest rooms (double and single rooms) of the Sporthof including half board (breakfast and dinner - vegetarian) or
accommodation in a hotel nearby (dinner at the Sporthof).
