Processing of personal data with informational use of our website

If you visit our website without registering or providing us with any other information ("Informational Use"), we will only collect the personal data that your web browser transmits to our server. MailChimp

You can subscribe to our newsletter, which will inform you about our current education and events.

We use a newsletter submission form provided by MailChimp, The Rocket Science Group LLC, Georgia, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, which specializes in the technical handling of newsletter mailings.

To register for our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. Elavon / Wirecard payments

If you choose to pay by credit card, your details will be forwarded to our payment processor Wirecard AG, Einsteinring 35, 85609 Aschheim, Germany. To protect your credit card information, the data will be transmitted in encrypted form to Sagepay or Elavon in accordance with the strict PCI-DSS ("Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard") regulations, to which only authorized personnel have access. The bodyARTschool itself does not store any credit card data and does not have access to it.

Paypal / Wirecard payments

SEPA payments

If you use the SEPA direct debit as payment method, your bank account data will be transmitted to your account only in encrypted form. Only authorized persons are authorized to access. Your bank details are stored in our client management system and used for the purposes of SEPA direct debit through our bank. Again, only authorized persons have access.

Shop bodyART Fashion

We use the external shop service provider for the bodyART collection, sprd.net AG, Gießerstraße 27, 04229 Leipzig, Germany. The duration of the storage of your personal data is based on the respective legal retention period (eg commercial and tax retention periods).
