Processing of personal data with informational use of our website

MailChimp

You can subscribe to our newsletter, which will inform you about our current education and events.

We use a newsletter submission form provided by MailChimp, The Rocket Science Group LLC, Georgia, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, which specializes in the technical handling of newsletter mailings.

To register for our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration, we will send you an e-mail to the given e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your login information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP addresses and times of registration and confirmation. SEPA payments

If you use the SEPA direct debit as payment method, your bank account data will be transmitted to your account only in encrypted form. Only authorized persons are authorized to access. Your bank details are stored in our client management system and used for the purposes of SEPA direct debit through our bank. Again, only authorized persons have access.

Duration of storage of your data

The duration of the storage of your personal data is based on the respective legal retention period (eg commercial and tax retention periods). After the deadline, the corresponding data are routinely deleted, if they are no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation and / or on our part no legitimate interest in the further storage persists.
