The comprehensive course program BODYART® is based on the five elements of Chinese medicine and regards the person as a unity of body, mind and soul. Through the exercises strength, flexibility and balance will be interconnected. Stability, coordination, well-being, improved posture, prevention and counteraction of back pain as well as stress reduction are positive effects of the unique training. By regular training the body will be shaped and you will feel strengthened and more vital in your everyday life!

The BODYART Training always focuses on the wholeness of body, mind and soul, without any spiritual or religious background. The exercises are all therapeutically and functionally tested. Due to regular exercises many health improvements are achieved. Therefore BODYART has already achieved prices several times in the U.S. and so far it is the only training that has made the leap from Europe to the U.S. and not vice versa.

The BODYART training is offered in many gyms, clubs, community colleges, universities, etc. The nearest location can be found here.

It is important that the training is conducted by a licensed BODYART Instructor. By inserting the name under Find an instructor you will quickly find out if this person has a valid BODYART license.

The BODYART Training is suitable for all people: men and women, young and elderly people, amateur or professional athletes. It is easy for everyone, as the training offers different training levels. Please read the detailed description of our course programs

To achieve a positive effect on your body you should train BODYART twice a week. Depending on requirements, the training sessions can also be increased.

Do you like the BODYART® philosophy and the BODYART® training and can you identify with it? Are you looking for something that inspires you and extends your body awareness and knowledge? Then we welcome you to the world of BODYART®.

The BODYART® training is divided into training levels 1-3. Level 1 is the BASIC of BODYART® training and it teaches you to become an instructor. In addition to the teaching techniques, you will gradually learn the positions and exercises and combine them into sequences.

If you meet the requirements, you can sign up!

There are different reasons and motivations to participate in a BODYART Basic education. Therefore, the requirements are good to very good physical and mental fitness.

It is not uncommon for participants to first attend this training only for themselves in order to be able to perform effective self-training. The majority of the participants come from all areas of the fitness industry, from physiotherapy, yoga u.v.m.

In terms of time, the BODYART Level 1 training is divided into 3 weekends.

Over a period of about 4 months, accompanying, own practice of technology and philosophy between the individual modules is required. The basic modules I to III build on each other and each module has its focus. Through this structure every aspiring BODYART Instructor is supported in his own individual learning process. After the 3 modules, a test follows, which confirms the BODYART® instructor to teach the learned knowledge and the BODYART basic concept. At the same time, the instructor also gets the authorization / license to name his training session BODYART.

It is very important to us to ensure the quality of the BODYART concept and the BODYART philosophy, for this reason the BODYART training is a licensed program and has to be updated regularly every 2 years.

With the passed examination to the "International BODYART Instructor" a diploma is issued with a license term of 2 years.

After 2 years, a refresher module must be attended to maintain the BODYART license to maintain the quality of the technique and teaching.

After the successful completion of the basic training, there are many opportunities to attend further modules from level 2 and later from level 3.

BODYART is a training that constantly evolves and is based externally and internally and works professionally. That is why the BODYARTschool guides and accompanies its BODYART instructors and constantly renews and checks the level of knowledge.

The goal of every BODYART Instructor and the BODYARTschool is not to stop, but to go on steadily and to expand your own practice (technique) and knowledge.

The BODYART training concept is already available in many gyms, clubs, adult education centers, clinics and universities. Many BODYART instructors have already started their own business with this concept.

All BODYART training modules are taught by a specialist from the BODYARTschool team, which has been authorized by Robert Steinbacher and Alexa Le.
