BODYART Contact II Zurich 2025

BODYART Contact 2 is an advanced module that focuses on the art of targeted touch to guide participants into deeper body awareness. This module goes beyond the basics from Contact 1 and aims to refine the skills required for professional adjustments to enhance the quality of BODYART classes.

Key elements include:

 - Mastery of touch: the art of making precise adjustments to deepen the participant's experience and body awareness.
 - Refined Adjustments: Techniques to better align, correct and support participants, differentiating your BODYART class from more workout-oriented classes.
 - Advanced Techniques: Introducing new moves, neck releases and signature exercises from the updated BODYART workout.
 - Dynamic Cuing: These are dynamic verbal prompts that support the participant during the exercises with precise instructions.
 - Bodywork: These techniques originate from body massage and include, for example, neck releases where the trainer takes complete responsibility to guide the participant into a deeper physical experience.

NEW: As a special extra, after the workshop it will be possible to access all the holds from Contact 1 and 2 via the INSTRUCTOR NETWORK to give you the best possible support!
