The BODYART sequencing is the "technique training" for the participants of your BODYART lesson, has a fixed order and each sequence has a clear focus. Over the years, many great variations of the individual 8 sequences have emerged and there is a need for clarity about the functional and special preparation of body and mind for the subsequent training.

In this workshop of 2.5 hours, you will learn the background of BODYART sequencing with more depth and the importance of the approximately 10-minute training phase of an entire BODYART class.
