In this new module, BODYART Touch, you will learn first how to tactilely support yourself in training. The focus will be on how you can carry out a safe, correct and effective training for yourself. With the art of this very special tactile knowledge, you deepen your own body awareness enormously. The skilful and correct application of the hands during an exercise leads to a high level of self-awareness, which cannot easily be achieved by a trainer, either verbally nor tactilely.
In the second part, you will learn how to teach your students how to use this high-quality self-awareness. They will experience the exercises in a new way with a deeper awareness and mastery of their own training. In addition, we deal with simple but effective rituals that activate the body's self-regulation.
Use of the methods learned in the BODYART Touch to enable the participants to tactilely support and improve their technique.You will learn which hand movements and postures will help you with bad postures and improve them so that you can go deeper into the exercise. The experience gained is also used in partner exercises.
Every day of the course begins with an extensive BODYART Touch Masterclass (75-90 minutes).
All exercises in all energy phases are examined in detail in theory and trained in practice. Partner work and small group training are also on the daily schedule.
You are able to apply the techniques learned in BODYART Touch in a targeted manner in your lessons and your own training in order to support and promote your health and that of your course participants.
