Completion of an education in the Fitness area or an affinity with Movement principles (previous knowledge of anatomy and physiology is an advantage).

Description:
PRANA is one of the two latest developments by Robert. You learn how to rebuild the body's energy system through a combination of focused breathing and movement. PRANA is founded on diverse concepts and techniques originating from Martial Arts, Yoga Therapy, BODYART, Dance and Chi-Movements. The movements are developed in collaboration with professional athletes, dancers, and presenters from around the world.
The guiding principle of PRANA is to let the breath do the work.

After this workshop, you will be able to integrate the knowledge of Prana (breathing) in your classes.
