BODYART H-I-T / Fascia Moves BODYART H-I-T / Fascia Moves

Requirements: International BODYART Instructor

Duration: 2 days

Description:

With the development of BODYART H-I-T / Fascia Moves (formerly BAX / BODYART Xross), in 2015 by Janni Giannikakis and Robert Steinbacher, they conceived an ingenious training module that recognized the current path in the fitness industry and has taken up the needs and wishes of many exercisers. In this module two great methods of fitness training are ideally combined - high intensity training, with a clear concentric and eccentric control of the muscles, with well thought out movements for the fascial structure.

The way to a holistic performance training was successful. The ongoing analyses have shown us that we can change and improve a lot in the neural area. BODYART H-I-T / Fascia Moves picks up every movement-enthusiastic person where they are physically or mentally and trains as well as improves these areas regardless of strength or flexibility.

The focus is to combine effectiveness and mindfulness in a short time. On the one hand it is THE balancing training for every competitive athlete and on the other hand an ideal beginner training for every recreational athlete.

What does it mean exactly? Yang stands for strength or power and EXTERNAL training (oriented outward), Yin stands for INTERNAL training (oriented inward) and includes myofascial training and working the muscles in extension - strength in length. BODYART H-I-T bridges the gap between physical training and psychological stress limits. Breathing, and therefore its importance, is placed in the foreground and thus a synergy of physical and mental performance or performance enhancement is created. Through the methodically thought-out structure of the exercises, new movement patterns can be stored even better neuronally and thus new movement impulses can be set.

Content:
(Practice and theory)

  • two masterclasses, clearly highlighting the training structure
  • elaborate the structure of a BODYART H-I-T unit in theory and practice ( 5 energy phases - warm-up phase, yang phase, transition phase, yin phase, recovery phase)
  • new and specific exercises for each phase of a BODYART H-I-T unit
  • general explanation and understanding of fascia and myofascial lines
  • Intensive training regarding your own technique, as well as the didactics and skills to teach a BODYART H-I-T unit

Benefit:
After successful participation at the module, you will be able to integrate course participants* with different training levels in one unit. This makes BODYART H-I-T / Fascia Moves an ideal group fitness, small group and personal training program.

Target group:
All trainers who want to bring effectiveness and mindfulness into their classes and who want to combine the components of strength endurance, mobility and active control of the fascia in one class.
