BODYART Pre- and Postnatal
Prerequisite: International BODYART Instructor
Completion of the following BODYART Modules is not a pre-requisite but helpful: BODYART Contact I and/or BODYART Function

BODYART® Pre-and Postnatal is the ideal training concept for pregnancy and beyond. You will learn modified BODYART exercises specially adapted to pregnancy and exercises that will help support the recovery process after birth and rebuild strength, so that your new mums feel fit and vital again.
The module is divided into two parts:
Pregnancy is an extraordinary time, full of new experiences and change. Our bodies and our psyche go through a complete transformation throughout pregnancy. In BODYART Prenatal the focus will be on helping your ‘mum’s to be’ stay healthy, fit and in shape during pregnancy, to understand and experience those physical changes and sensations and to appreciate breathing in order to enjoy their pregnancy and feel calm and relaxed throughout.
The baby has arrived and the new mum (usually after 6 to 8 weeks) turns her attention to how BODYART exercises can help her to recover physically from the birth. Paying careful attention to the current state of her body, the focus will be on helping to re-gain body shape but also importantly to build up energy to breastfeed and adapt to the new physical demands of looking after a newborn.

- perceiving the physical changes of pregnancy and birth (not just in the pelvic floor)
- gently strengthening and mobilizing the body
- preventing future back problems
You are able to teach the adjusted BODYART Pre and Postnatal exercises, to assist your participants with advice and action so that they can enjoy this extraordinary time in a relaxed and relaxed manner.
The module BODYART Pre- and Postnatal gives you as a BODYART Instructor the knowledge and skills to support your participants through pregnancy and postnatally. You will learn modified BODYART exercises that are adapted to pregnancy and efficient exercises that will support the postpartum process after birth to help them to build up strength again so that they feel fit and vital again.
All BODYART Instructors who have an interest in offering specialised BODYART Training to pregnant and new mothers.
